Our Heart & Vision

Nick and Molly Valente live on California’s Central Coast. Nick grew up in Pismo Beach, and Molly grew up in Dallas. From an early age, they were captivated by Jesus and drawn into lives of worship.

They have spent decades leading worship and believe it to be the foundational response of the human heart to the beauty and goodness of God.

During Nick’s seminary formation, he encountered theological perspectives and historic practices that deepened his understanding of worship, discipleship, and spiritual formation. As these practices began to bear fruit in their local church, Nick and Molly felt compelled to share them more widely.

Community Worship exists to equip the local church with resources that move beyond the surface and cultivate deep, lasting discipleship. Through thoughtfully crafted liturgies, honest prayers, and meaningful conversations, we seek to connect the wisdom of the ancient faith with the realities of modern life. Each resource is created to help communities behold Christ in the ordinary, abide in his presence, and walk faithfully in his ways.

Our hope is to help form a people defined by presence, sustained by grace, and sent in love to participate in God’s redeeming work throughout the world.
